Adding the Incentivio Integration in Brink

Enabling the Incentivio integration in Brink is necessary to ensure the connection between both systems, including pulling in menus, allowing orders to flow from Incentivio to Brink, and for loyalty and gift card functionality.

To complete this, please email Brink's support team at support@brinksoftware.com to request this change:

Subject: [Restaurant Name] - Location Token Request for Incentivio

Body:

Tech Support,
I , as an authorized representative of [Company Name], authorize Incentivio to have API access to the locations listed below and ParTech to issue location tokens and access information on our behalf.
[List all applicable locations here]
Thank you,

[Representative Name]

Granting Incentivio Access to the Brink Portal

Adding Incentivio's team as an employee in Brink ensures that our team can gather the necessary credentials from Brink to ensure that both systems are integrated successfully, that we have continued visibility to troubleshoot issues proactively, and that guests are minimally interrupted when issues arise.

  1. Log in to your Brink portal.
  2. Select ConfigurationsSettings Editor > Users.
