Granting Incentivio Access to Qu POS

Before Incentivio can begin building out any new locations, enabling the Incentivio integration and granting access to the backend in Qu POS is necessary. This guide will provide a walkthrough of the steps to complete both of these requirements.

Adding the Incentivio Integration in Qu

Enabling the Incentivio integration in Qu is necessary to ensure the connection between both systems, including pulling in menus, allowing orders to flow from Incentivio to Qu, and for loyalty and gift card functionality.

To complete this, please email your main point of contact at Qu. This will depend on where in the implementation journey your brand falls, but as a general rule:

  • Brand new or still in the sales process - Your Qu sales representative
  • Post signing/pre-implementation - Your Qu project manager or solutions architect
  • Rollout/implementation - Your Qu account manager
  • Post Rollout - Your Qu customer success manager

Once this approval has been granted, it is not necessary to repeat this process as new locations are added. It generally takes 5-7 days after this for Qu to create the credentials, which are sent directly to Incentivio.

Throughout this process, Qu Support should not be contacted to initiate this integration, as they will be unable to assist with this.
