For franchised brands, having control over whether each location allows tips for employees is essential. With Incentivio, brands have the option of disabling tipping at the location level, which can be done directly from the Admin Portal. This will remove the tip section from web and mobile ordering for both pickup and delivery.

Disabling Tips for a Location
Please note: This feature requires an app update to be supported in-app. Contact your Customer Success Manager or our Technical Support team for assistance.
- In the Incentivio Admin Portal, navigate to Setup > Store Ordering Setup and click Edit on the location you want to adjust.
- Under Payment Configurations, click the checkbox next to Disable Tipping at this Location.
- Save these changes.

Please note: Disabling tipping for a location will disable it for both pickup and delivery.
If you are using third-party delivery, it is not recommended to disable tipping, as this will likely discourage drivers from accepting orders from this location, resulting in undelivered orders.
In future iterations, we plan to allow more control over specific settings, such as disabling tipping for Pickup only or setting specific default amounts for each location. However, these are not available at this time.
