Dashboard - Updating Hours/Temporary Hours

The new Hours tab in the Incentivio Dashboard makes managing your restaurant’s operational hours easier than ever. This feature allows you to efficiently set, update, and view your restaurant’s regular and special hours in one centralized location. Whether you’re making seasonal changes, adjusting for holidays, or simply updating daily schedules, the Hours tab provides a streamlined interface to ensure your business hours are always accurate across your customer-facing platforms.

Updating Hours

  1. In the Incentivio Dashboard, navigate to Locations and select the desired location.
  2. Click on the Hours section.

Within the Hours section are two tabs - Hours and Temporary Hours.
Hours 
allows you to quickly edit the standard hours for a given location, while Temporary Hours allows you to set hours for special events or store closures in advance, such as for holidays.

 

Standard Hours

  1. Click on the existing hour block on the calendar.
  2. Select whether these changes apply to pickup and/or delivery along with which days of the week they are available.
  3. Enter the new hours, and click Apply.
  4. Save these changes.

 

Temporary Hours

  1. Select the Temporary Hours tab.
  2. Use the calendar to find the date you'd like to update and click on it.
  3. Select whether these changes apply to pickup and/or delivery.
  4. If this location will be open but with modified hours on this date, select the applicable date range and update the hours as needed.
  5. If this location will be closed, use the Pickup Closed and Delivery Closed toggles at the bottom to disable pickup and delivery for that date.
  6. Save these changes.
