With the new Incentivio Dashboard, managing your menus has never been easier. This streamlined process offers significant improvements over the previous admin portal, allowing for faster and more intuitive menu imports and visibility controls. Whether you’re importing menus directly from your POS or adjusting their visibility for specific locations, times, or services (Pickup and Delivery), these enhanced features provide greater flexibility and control. Follow the steps below to take full advantage of these improvements and simplify your menu management.

Importing Menus
- In the Incentivio Dashboard, navigate to the Locations tab and click on the desired location.
- Select the Menus section.
- Under Menu Selection, use the dropdown menu to select all menus that should be pulled in.
- Under Menu Sync History, select Sync Now.
- Save these changes.
Hiding Menus
- In the Incentivio Dashboard, navigate to the Locations tab and click on the desired location.
- Select the Menus section.
- Under Menu Visibility, select Add Menu.
- Select the Menu and Group to be hidden.
- Enter the day(s) of the week and time frame where this menu should be hidden.
- Select whether it should be hidden for Pickup, Delivery, or both.
- Save the changes made here.
- Save changes on the location.
