REACH users guide

OVERVIEW OF REACH

Reach is a feature Incentivio uses for multi-unit companies to allow Owners, Franchisees, Managers, and other restaurant team members to create and view content and analytics for their location(s) only.

ANALYTICS (Daily Sales Report)

Within the Admin Portal, there are a variety of sections in the menu on the left side of the screen. The first one that you will see is “Analytics”. As a REACH user, you will see the “Daily Sales Report” if you expand that section. You can use the Daily Sales Report to get info on order volume through the platform, get specifics on certain orders, troubleshoot problematic orders, and more! You will see all locations that you have access to in the location picker in the top left of this screen. For more information on how to use the Daily Sales Report, click the “? Help” button in the bottom right screen and view the relevant articles.

MARKETING

The next section is the “Marketing” section which contains the “Messages”, “Offers”, and “Loyalty” sections. You can target only users who primarily order from your location(s) with Messages, Offers and Loyalty Offers. You will also be able to view and edit existing content in all three of these sections as well. Again, for more information on each of these sections, click on the “? Help” button once you have clicked on the section to view relevant content.
