You may want to send an Offer to a specific customer for a variety of reasons. They may have accidentally deleted the Offer. You may want reward one of your best customers with this Offer.
It is important to note that you can only send Activity based Offers to individual customers. This means that you can not send Auto distributed Offers to specific customers.
Here are the steps to manually send an Offer to a customer:
- Under the “CRM” tab, select “Customers”.
- In the search bar at the top of the page, search for the First Name, Last Name, Phone, or Email of the customer. Click search to retrieve results. Click on the picture of the eye next to the customer’s information to pull up their page.
- Scroll down on the customer’s page until you see “Send Offer/Loyalty Offer”. Select the Program and Campaign where you saved the Offer and then select the Offer that you want to Distribute. Click Send.
- Your customer will now see the Offer in their in-app inbox.
