Initial set up is required. Please reach out to your CSM or support@incentivio.com prior to enabling this feature and include:
- Email Subject for order Received and Order Complete notifications
Example Received Email: "Order confirmation from Restaurant Name"
- Email address that will appear in "From" field of email (this will need to be from an email ending in @incentivio.com)
Notifications are configured in the pickup and delivery options section of the Admin Portal.
This means one location can have multiple Order Received/ Complete messages, depending on order option. It also means that it must be configured for any existing pickup or delivery option in order to use this feature.
Once selected, the buttons will turn blue. This means the feature is turned on. Messages are configured in the Add Display Content model.

The "Order Received Notification" Is sent immediately after an order is placed
The "Order Complete Notification" Is sent after an order is set to Closed via the Incentivio Orders Tablet App. If you are not using the tablet app, only the Order Received email needs to be enabled.
