This article will cover how the 'I'm Here' feature interfaces with the in-store Incentivio Orders Tablet Application
*Please note that in order to use the 'I'm Here' feature, your restaurant must have an android tablet and email notifications must have been previously enabled. Please email support@incentivio.com to confirm if any set up is required before enabling this feature.
Initial Setup
To begin, log in to your Incentivio Admin Portal.
1. Navigate to'Setup' -> 'Store Ordering Setup', and click the edit button on the store you would like to turn the feature on for.
2. Once in the Store Ordering Settings page, scroll down to 'Pickup Options' and select the Pickup Option you intend to turn the feature on for.
3. Open this Pickup Option and check the 'I'm Here' box to turn on this functionality. You will also need to add a response note in the display description before saving.
4. Click Save.
Repeat these steps for each location that needs the Im Here feature enabled.
Once the feature is live in the portal, go to the Google Play Store and download the Incentivio Orders app onto your tablet. Once the app is downloaded, please follow the below steps.
1. Open the app and sign in
- Client name: your restaurants name as it is shown in the URL of your admin portal
- Email/Password: Incentivio Admin Portal login information
2. Once logged in, click on your specific store and you will be taken to the tablet portal.
You can also create individual accounts for specific stores and limit permissions by reaching out to support@incentivio.com with the email addresses and corresponding stores you want to create accounts for.
I'm Here Feature in the Portal
Now that you are inside the portal, you should see your New, Prepping, and Closed orders. When a customer arrives and hits the 'I'm Here' button on their app, their order in Prepping will change colors to yellow and the tablet app will begin to ring. This should take 5-10 seconds. Do not click READY before the customer gets there, or else you will not get the I'm Here notification.
After the food is brought out, clicking the Ready button in the righthand corner will end the ringing and the order will move to closed.
The I'm Here button appears on the customer's side about 5-10 minutes before the order pickup time.
To edit the sound settings for the ringing feature, navigate to "Settings." Here you can turn off/on, adjust the sound, and adjust the frequency of the ringing.
