The Menu Import Page
The menu import page allows you to import menus and review past imports at all locations. The Menu Import page can be found in the Admin Portal under the Products section.
From here, you will see a list of all locations and information on their most recent import. Last Import time is currently in UTC.
In order to provide a more seamless approach, all menu imports which are run from this page will also publish your menus!
Running Menu Imports
Steps:
If you would like to run an import for a single location, select the import button next to that location to do so:
If you would like to run an import for all locations, select the Import All button:
The Refresh button will allow you to check the status of any in progress import:
Please note:
- If an import is in progress at one or more locations, you will not be able to run another import until the first one completes
- If the configurations are not set up properly at one or more locations, you will not be able to run an import.

Menu Import History
In order to view a locations menu import history, select the View History button:
On this page, you will see a list of all past imports and the following information:
- Request ID
- Start Date and Time
- End Date and Time
- Failure Details (if applicable)
- Import Status (Success, In Progress, Failed)
If you need any assistance to determine why an import may have failed, please reach out to support@incentivio.com and include the request ID of the failed import.
