Dashboard - Setting Up Service Fees

The new Incentivio Dashboard makes setting up service and dynamic delivery fees simple and user-friendly. With a streamlined interface, you can quickly configure fees for Pickup, Delivery, or both, and seamlessly apply dynamic delivery charges based on distance. Whether adjusting fees or mapping them to your POS, the process is intuitive and efficient, giving you more control over your operational costs. Follow the steps below to set up these fees with ease.

Creating a Service Fee

  1. In the Incentivio Dashboard, navigate to the  Locations tab and click on the desired location.
  2. Select the Payment Settings section.
  3. Under Charges, select Add New Charge.
  4. Enter the Charge Name, which customers will see at checkout, and select whether it applies to Pickup, Delivery, or both.
  5. Select either Amount or Percentage and enter the charge amount.
  6. For clients with an integrated POS (such as Toast, Revel, and Qu), map the External Charge ID from the POS to this service fee.
  7. Save these changes.
  8. Save the changes on the location.

 

Setting Up Dynamic Delivery Fees

  1. On the New Charge template, toggle on Enable Dynamic Delivery.
  2. Enter the amount and External Charge ID for the first tier, which will be for all orders over 0 miles away.
  3. To add another tier, select + Add Distance.
  4. Set the minimum distance for which this tier applies, and enter the charge amount and External Charge ID.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to create additional tiers, as needed.
  6. Save these changes.
  7. Save the changes on the location.
