Dashboard - Creating a Campaign

Campaigns allow a brand to organize its marketing communications and ensure that all communications in it fall within the defined campaign start and end dates. This article will discuss creating a new campaign in the Incentivio Dashboard.

Creating a New Campaign

1. In the Incentivio Dashboard, navigate to Communications > Campaigns.
2. Select + Create New Campaign.
   
3. Enter the Campaign Name and a short Description.
   
4. Select the Start Campaign date - either Immediately or a Custom Date.
   
5. Select the End Campaign date - either Never or a Custom Date.
   
6. Click Create Campaign.
   
    

Once the campaign has been created, new communications (Messages, Offer, and Loyalty Offers) can be created within it.
