Selecting Products
To specify which products this offer applies to, click Search Products. This opens the Add Products drawer.
The drawer is organized into three tabs: Items, Groups, and Menus. Use the search bar to find products by name. You can refine results using the available filters:
- Status — Active or Inactive
- Type — Main or Modifier (Items tab only)
- Location — Filter by a specific location, or leave set to All
- Menu — Filter by a specific menu (Items and Groups tabs)
- Group — Filter by a specific group (Items tab only)
Search results display the item name and external ID. Items that exist across multiple locations are grouped together
Click the expand arrow on any item to view its individual location variants and their pricing.
Select the items you want to add, then click Add Product to save your selection.
Note: Adding a product targets all instances of that product across all locations. To limit redemption to specific locations, use the Store Redemption settings.
Once products are added, they appear in a table showing the product name, external ID, quantity required, and target level.
Target Level & Quantity
By default, each product is added with a quantity requirement of 1 and Target Level: MAIN
- To change these settings for an individual product, click the three-dot menu on its row and select Edit.
To update these settings across multiple products at once, select the checkboxes for the relevant rows and click Bulk Edit.
Target Level
Target Level controls which instances of a product are eligible for the offer when that product is used as both a Main item and a Modifier.
The options are:
- Main — Only Main item instances are applicable to this offer.
- Modifier — Only Modifier item instances are applicable to this offer.
- Both — All instances of this item are applicable to this offer.
Quantity
By default, each product is added with a quantity requirement of 1. This means the discount applies to one item only or, if this is a qualifying product, it is only necessary to add one of these to the cart.
Applying the Discount to One or All Products
At the bottom of the product section, use the One / All toggle to control whether the discount applies to only one of the listed products, or all of them.
