Chargebee Portal - Setup Instructions

Incentivio is in the process of rolling out a new automated billing platform, which will provide greater visibility and transparency into your monthly bills from Incentivio.

All monthly fees will be debited by the 10th of the month for the current month’s subscription fees and previous month’s usage fees (transaction, delivery, SMS, etc.)

  • For example, a January invoice will include the January subscription fee and December usage fees

Chargebee Setup

After completing all of the required fields on the Rate Sheet sent by Incentivio's Billing Team, you will receive an Onboarding email with steps outlining how to access your billing portal and save payment details. Once you have received this email:

  1. Click on the link to navigate to the Chargebee portal, and enter your email address (the same one that received this Onboarding email). Click Continue.
  2. You will then receive a One Time Password. Copy this from your email and paste it into the empty box on the Chargebee portal.

  3. If your email is associated with multiple accounts, you will see a similar view below:

    Otherwise, you will be redirected to the home screen:

  4. Create a new password by navigating to Account Information > Setup up Password. You will receive one more One Time Password and then will be able to create a password of your choosing for all future log-ins:

  5. From the home screen, navigate to Billing & Shipping Addresses. Add your Billing & Shipping address here, and save by clicking Update:

  6. From the home screen, navigate to Payment Methods. On this screen, you can opt to use either a credit card or ACH transfer to pay your monthly fees. Select your preferred payment method, enter the necessary credentials, and click Add:

 

Navigating the Chargebee Portal

There are four tabs available to navigate in the Chargebee portal:

    1. Account Information
      1. View your billing contact details
      2. The email address listed is the email you will receive all your receipts
        1. If necessary, you can edit this email
      3. You may setup a password for future log-in
        1. Setup Password -> Enter the One Time Password sent to your email -> Enter your desired password -> “Update”
    2. Billing & Shipping Addresses
      1. Here, you can edit or view the billing address on file for your account
    3. Payment Methods
      1. View or Edit your payment method on file
    4. Billing History
      1. View any of your past invoices
      2. Please note: This will only contain the invoices charged on our new platform. For copies of any other old receipts charged in the past, please contact billing@incentivio.com
