How to Read an Incentivio Invoice

Incentivio's services are billed monthly, during the first week of the month, and include:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Transaction fees
  • Delivery fees and tips (for brands using Uber Direct or Shipday)
    • Brands using Doordash Drive will be billed directly by Doordash for delivery fees and tips. Incentivio cannot assist with any Doordash billing issues or questions.

Monthly subscription fees (Base Platform) are charged proactively and are fixed - meaning that they are charged for the next month's services and will always be the same amount each month. The date range for each charge will be listed immediately below the line item description.
Example below: The brand was billed on 4/4, and the Base Platform fee was for services from 3/31 to 4/29.

Transaction Fees and Incentivio Delivery Fees are charged retroactively and are variable - meaning that they are charged based on the previous month's usage and will vary each month based on the total number of orders placed.
Please note: Transaction fees are only charged when the guest's payment is processed through Spreedly. Transactions without an amount due (due to discounts, etc.) or were paid for in full using funds from a gift card would not be charged a transaction fee.
Example below: Between 2/29 and 3/30, the brand had 5 deliveries and 53 total transactions (based on the number of Units next to each line item).

Delivery Fees and Tips are also charged retroactively and are variable. Since the delivery fee depends on the distance, brands may see separate line items for each range (ex: UberEats Direct Non CA/NY [<5 Miles] and UberEats Direct Non CA/NY [5-8 Miles]).
Please note: Brands are responsible for collecting all funds from guests for delivery fees and tips. These are not collected by Incentivio or the delivery provider and will be billed at the end of each month. The brand is responsible for maintaining these separately from their in-store and pick-up tips that may be paid to their team.
