Most brands are currently set up to receive weekly deposits from Incentivio Payments
- Deposits are generally sent with the expected receipt falling on Mondays. (Except for any national/bank holidays, in which case they should be deposited on Tuesday.)
- The transactions from these deposits will be from the previous Friday through Thursday.

A couple of key points to consider about using Incentivio Payment's reporting:
-
Stripe uses the UTC timezone when considering transactions and deposits. It is recommended to use this timezone in the Incentivio Dashboard to receive the most accurate results:
- The Total Amount field will provide the total amount of transactions processed during the selected time frame. Because deposits are processed weekly and with a 2-day delay, this number will never match the Total Deposit line.
- The Total Deposit line will provide the total amount of all completed deposits during this time.

The main takeaway here is that the key to reconciling deposits with transactions is to use the same timeframe that is being considered in the deposit, which is Friday through Thursday. We recognize that this is a unique timeline to have to consider; unfortunately, Stripe controls this, so we are not able to change it.
