This document explains how to ensure that your customers earn loyalty points for in-store purchases. All customers must create an Incentivio account in order to earn loyalty points.
Please note, this requires backend configuration at the client level and therefore specific Stores cannot be excluded from earning rewards.
Attaching a Brink Account to the Order
On the POS, click the "Name" field and add the users phone number (Excluding any +1 country codes). That's all you need!
This will allow us to match the order to the user based on their phone number when we import the transaction.
Points will be awarded overnight.
To verify an order earned points, look up the customer in the CRM and view Transactions and Loyalty Transactions. If you see the order listed under their Transactions the next day, that means it properly attached to the User and you should see a matching Transaction under Loyalty Transactions
