Notes for Ordering Options
To add Notes to POS receipts, go to Settings -> Receipts -> Receipt options -> and add Notes as one of the selected items. For Kitchen receipts (if not yet enabled) go to Settings -> Kitchen View/Kitchen Print -> Kitchen Print Options -> add Notes as one of the selected items. Once they make these changes and refresh their POS stations notes will start to print on their receipts.
Delay Printing
- In the "Settings" section of the Revel Portal, under "Kitchen View/Kitchen Print", there is a "Delay Printing" section.
- Within this section you can set the amount of time before the requested ready time that you would like the ticket to print for each kind of order.
Auto-Close Paid Orders
In the "Online Ordering Settings / Order Options" tab there is an “auto-close paid orders” check box. Make sure to uncheck this box. When this box is checked, you may run into an issue where orders do not appear on the POS or KDS’s.
