This guide will discuss the logistics involved with using Incentivio for digital gift cards only. For a list of features and capabilities of Incentivio's digital gift cards, please view this article.
For all of the steps below, please work with the Incentivio Support Team (Support@incentivio.com) if you have already launched and have customers using Incentivio or work with your Implementation Manager if you haven't launched yet.
- First you need to approve of where you would like the gift card button to go in the mobile apps. Once this is approved, the Incentivio development team should be able to add the change and get the change approved by the Google Play Store and Apple App store within 1-2 weeks.
- Sign up for a payment processor to be used for the Gift Card Pooling Account. You can work with us to find a processor that integrates with us if you haven't signed up with one already.
- Once you have given us the necessary details we need to integrate with the payment processor and the app / design changes are completed and ready for release, we can decide on a date to launch the feature.
