View-only menus enable clients to customize the guest experience further and allow us to cater to more diverse operational needs. This feature allows restaurant owners to customize their services based on each location's specific needs. For example, high-traffic locations can offer full online ordering, while smaller or new locations might start with view-only menus to gauge interest. Alternatively, during special events or busy periods, some locations can temporarily switch to view-only menus to manage demand more effectively without turning off online visibility.
How to Enable View-Only Menus
An app update is necessary to make this functionality work in-app. If you would like to utilize view-only menus across the web and app, please work with your Customer Success Manager or our Technical Support Team.

- Sign into the Incentivio Admin Portal and select Setup > Store Setup.
- Select the Edit icon on the desired location.
- Select the checkbox next to "Turn off ordering and make menus viewable only."
- Save these changes.
Once this has been enabled, this change will reflect automatically online. If the app has been updated to support this, it will be an automatic update as well; however, if the current version of the app does not support this feature, it will still allow orders to be placed at this location through the app.
