1. Auto-Fire Device

Verify that the correct auto-fire device is selected and reliable.

  • This device must be logged in and connected to the internet at all times.
  • Select only one auto-fire device — choose the one that is logged in most consistently.

2. Prep Stations

Confirm that the correct prep stations are assigned within your online menu settings.

3. KDS Settings

Confirm that your Incentivio dining option (e.g., "Mobile App - Takeout/Delivery") is enabled in your KDS settings.
