Welcome to the new Menu Management tools in the Incentivio Dashboard! These tools will replace the previous Products section in the admin portal and offer a more streamlined way to manage your restaurant’s menu. With the new tabs—Menus, Groups, and Items—you can easily view and control important settings like display titles, images, and extended attributes, all in one place.

Menu Management Considerations
Please note: If you’re using an integrated point of sale (POS) system, you should continue making menu changes directly in the POS. This ensures the system pulls the updates automatically, eliminating the need to maintain your menu in two separate locations.

There are two tabs on each Menu Management Page, Imported and Native.
- Your menus will be Imported if you leverage an integrated POS system where you Import your menus through the Menu Sync process.
- Your menus will be Native if you do not leverage an integrated POS to import your menus.
Menu, Group and Item Photos should be uploaded through the Image Upload Tool.
Menus
You can now view and select up to 500 rows per page on all Product Pages
On the Menus page, you can view all menus across all your locations.
You can search for menus using their Title, External Title, Id (Incentivio Id) and External ID (for Imported Menus)
To view Menus for specific locations, leverage the Location Filter.
By Default, we display the following fields: Title, External Title, Location, Last Published Date, and Status.If you would like to display additional details within this view, add them under the Columns button.
You can Edit, Publish, or Delete a menu using the button on the right of the menu.
Please note, if you use an integrated menu and you would like to remove one or more menus, rather than deleting it here, it must be removed from menu import configurations in Location Settings. If it is only deleted here, it will just re-appear the next time a Menu Sync occurs.
You can edit menus one by one or in bulk using the Bulk Edit tool
Groups
On the Groups page, you can view all groups across all your locations.
You can search for groups using their Title, External Title, Id (Incentivio Id) and External ID (for Imported Menus)
To view Groups for specific Menus, Statuses, or Locations leverage the Filter tool.
By Default, we display the following fields: Title, External Title, Locations, Type, and Status.If you would like to display additional details within this view, add them under the Columns button.
