Setting up a menu from scratch in Incentivio gives you full control over your items, groups, and overall structure. In this guide, we’ll walk through the process of building individual items, organizing them into groups, and assembling a complete menu. By the end, you'll have a fully functional setup that’s ready to go live!
Please note, you should not leverage Native Menus if you are using an Integrated POS system.

- End Date - the Date this Item will stop being active, we recommend a date FAR in the future

Lastly, if every item in this group will have the same modifier options, you can add the modifier groups here, rather than at the item level. This will help streamline the processes of setting up items and if you add a new item later, and put it into this group, it'll automatically get the modifier groups too!
Enter in your Display Information This will show to the end user. We suggest making sure you have good Descriptions in order to ensure your menu is organized and clear to your end users. Additionally we recommend adding Images to all your Main Catalog Groups in order to make your menu look great!
Once your display content is entered, Save the group.

Add the Display information
If there will be only one menu at each location, generally you will just need to add a title. The Bubble selections on web ordering and the app will then contain the Top level groups and their images.
If you will have more than one menu at each location, we suggest adding images as well as the Bubble selections on web ordering and the app will then contain the Menus and their images.
Once the menu is saved, you will need to publish it in order for it to show as live:
