This article will cover everything you need to know about the 7+ Days Ordering feature. The purpose of 7+ Days Ordering is to give Restaurant Brands the flexibility to set up future ordering for Delivery and Pickup orders.

Feature Overview
The 7+ Days Ordering feature looks to add more flexibility for Restaurant Brands to give their customers when setting up future orders. If a customer would like to place a large order a month in advance, 7+ Days Ordering now allows that.
Along with the ability to schedule future orders, 7+ Days Ordering allows Restaurant Brands to configure the maximum amount of days out a customer can place an order for Delivery and/or Pickup. This means that you can set Delivery to have a maximum of up to 20 days for future ordering and Pickup has a maximum of up to 10 days for future ordering. This feature is set up on the location level meaning that you can activate this for any location that you wish to allow future ordering over 7 days for.
Note: When setting up 7+ Days Ordering, the minimum amount of days must be greater than 7 and the maximum amount of days must be less than 365
How to Enable 7+ Days Ordering for Delivery and/or Pickup
This section will cover how to set up the 7+ Days Ordering feature for Delivery and Pickup. Follow the steps below to start allowing your customers to place future orders:
- Log in to the Incentivio Admin Portal
- On the left menu under the Setup section, select Store Ordering Setup
- Select the edit pencil next to the location that you would like to set up 7+ Days Ordering for
- To set up this feature up for Pickup, under the first section on the Store Ordering Setup page, scroll until you find "Allow Orders 7+ Days Out"
- To set up this feature for Delivery, find the section under Pickup called "Delivery." Click on the Delivery drop down to expand this section
- Under the Delivery section, scroll until you find the field "Allow Orders 7+ Days Out"
- Toggle on "Allow Orders 7+ Days Out" and fill out the "Maximum # of Days Out" field
- This field only allows values greater than 7 and less than 365
- Note: the maximum value for 7+ Days Ordering can be the same or different to what you set up for Pickup or Delivery

- Once you have entered a maximum amount of days out customers can place orders, select the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen.
