Setting Up Guest Checkout And Optional Payments
If you are enabling Guest Checkout for the first time, please reach out to our Technical Support team at support@incentivio.com to ensure it has also been configured appropriately on the backend.

- To change whether the app and web ordering will require a payment or allow guest checkout, start by navigating to the “Store Ordering Setup” in the “Setup” category of the Incentivio Admin Portal.
- Scroll down to the “Payment Configurations” section and click it to expand the section.
- In the “Order Type” field, select “Pickup” or “Delivery” to specify whether your new payment setting will apply to pickup orders or delivery orders.
- In the “Payment Mode” field, select either “Payment Mandatory,” “Payment Optional,” or “No Payment.”

- “Payment Mandatory” will require the customers to pay for their order before submitting it.
- “Payment Optional” will allow them to either pay when they place the order or wait to pay when they pick the order up in the store or when it gets delivered.
- “No Payment” will make it so that the customers cannot pay online and must pay in person.
- Click the “Guest Checkout Supported” checkbox if you don’t want to require your customers to create an account or sign in to place an order.
- Click the “Place POS Order as Open?” checkbox if you want the orders coming into the POS as open. They come in as closed by default.
- When you are done, click the blue “Add” button.
