1. From the home page of the tablet, click on the list button in the top left corner and select "Loyalty".
2. The screen will prompt you to enter the phone number associated with the customer's loyalty account. Click "Search" to return results.
3. Click anywhere on the white strip to pull up more details about the customer. At the top, you can see their current loyalty information along with their contact information, and the total amount they've spent at your restaurant over their account's lifetime.
4.The "Inbox" section will show all of the offers that the customer is eligible to redeem on their current order. To apply an offer to their order, click "Redeem".
5. The "Loyalty History" section shows a detailed breakdown of when and where/how the customer earned or spent loyalty points.
