- Navigate to "Orders"
- On the order you would like to message, Click the green Message button
- Select "SEND" on the message you'd like to send
- If applicable, you will be prompted to select ready time
This refers to the amount of time it will take before the order will be ready and indicates the time the message will provide the customer - Once you send a message, the Message button will turn orange to indicate there is a message history.
- Select the Orange Message button to send another message.
- You can also view previous messages sent on this order
Note - You can see each of these messages updated the ready time based upon the selections made when sending them.
