Adjusting a Customer's Loyalty Balance

To manually adjust a customer’s loyalty balance:

  1. Under the CRM tab, select “Customers”.
  2. Locate the customer’s account using email, phone number, or first or last name. Select the eye icon next to the customer’s information to pull up their loyalty account.
  3. Scroll down to the Loyalty Points Adjustment section.
  4. To add points to the customer’s account, select Add Points and enter the number of points to be added. Enter the reason for point adjustment, and select Apply.
  5. To remove points from the customer’s account, select Remove Points and enter the number of points to be removed. Enter the reason for point adjustment, and select Apply.
  6. Please note that the reason for point adjustment is visible to the customer.
