This article discusses updates to the loyalty point adjustment process.
Adjusting a Customer's Loyalty Balance
To manually adjust a customer’s loyalty balance:
- Under the CRM tab, select “Customers”.
- Locate the customer’s account using email, phone number, or first or last name. Select the eye icon next to the customer’s information to pull up their loyalty account.
- Scroll down to the Loyalty Points Adjustment section.
- To add points to the customer’s account, select Add Points and enter the number of points to be added. Enter the reason for point adjustment, and select Apply.
- To remove points from the customer’s account, select Remove Points and enter the number of points to be removed. Enter the reason for point adjustment, and select Apply.
- Please note that the reason for point adjustment is visible to the customer.
